To allow remote support you will first need to download the application here. 

Download will automatically begin when you click on the link. 

Once downloaded; Open, Accept, & Run. 

Now you must email ArcAmbLLC@gmail.com or Call 202-930-2721 to

Relay your User ID & Passcode.

Once remote assistance has concluded, Close the application and you are no longer remotely accessible. 

Important: Each time the application opens, a new Passcode is assigned to your computer to better protect your information. When the application is NOT opened then no one can remotely access your computer.
